“Unless we get to a real exchange like KTOV is on, how can we have an explosive day trading millions of shares? “

That won’t happen on OTC. For an organic rise to $4, the company would have to get up to ... $1.5 B mkt cap. Then the company would have to raise cash for cap requirements. It will take a partnership or BLA, IMO. We will be on OTC a while longer, but not forever.

I_luv- KTOV is a bad example for a good stock move (o8>

Or maybe an excellent example how it behaves also quite odd, having much more issues at hand.
KTOV jumped up, but crashed down to $3 again (o8>
Next days will show whether it can reach its deserved $6+ or even $10 in a few months (HC Wainwrights cheap PT).

In my experience, it doesn't make any difference where you are listed - as long stock has the attention it deserves.

CYDY has an appreciation issue and needs new fresh investors who do appreciate the value. Someone like VIVO .. or just sell to ViiV/GSK right away (o8>

Luv:
I still contend they're eligible to uplist to NYSE-MKT under standard 4A guidelines which are very minimal. I believe only need a $75 million market cap and $20 million market value of public float. And can qualify at $3.00 or better-

If a company is having difficulty making guidelines NYSE governors also take into consideration compensating factors such as 1) Nature of business, 2) Market for it's products, 3) Reputation of management, 4) Historical record & pattern of growth,5) Future outlook and others-

To simplify the numbers if effecting a 10 to 1 on 340 million shares and PPS is .50cts we cross over at 34 million shares at $5.00. I voiced my concern to Jody Cain about management willfully ignoring this possible avenue to a big board and she said they didn't feel the NYSE-MKT offered enough exposure/panache to risk the move-- You & other large shareholders should rattle their cage regarding this topic- The current form of raising capital is untenable- Be staring at 500 million shares one year from now if nothing changes-
