They are very few and far between.
Perhaps, if the RM were delayed, with a profitable company taking over, they can complete all filings file accordingly (I think an S-1) to get a market maker in board.
That will be the criteria here.
The new company, however, may just decide to stay private. You would still be a shareholder, with very little liquidity.
