What you posted is the claim Basile is arguing.

What I posted is a NY appellate court DECISION.

While Basile says on his website he has successful cases using the usury violation argument, he does not point to ANY actual successes.

He is also trying to cobble together a class action since Sept last year for NY Usury violations so maybe he is trying to sell Rory on it?

He has also promoted a type of convertible preferred to be used by convertible debt holders similar to an approach by a guy named Javan King.

There area few suspended tickers that traded going down that path, CDFT being one of them...

...but that and Javan King’s stories are long ones.

I am not sure Rory picked the right lawyer. Usury is likely to fail. Why didn’t they just stick with the formula error???
