He gave you a hint in the extension that he did not have to file as a pink stock. He told us and took responsibility for the delay in the audit. What more would you like him say? it's all been hashed out many many times.
I have read some of your posts which I enjoyed and know this post is out of frustration, My advice to you is stay calm and wait like we all are for Friday or the weekend.
The DD you did when you bought this stock has only gotten better not worse. if you jump on the short boat your going down with them for sure.
