Why wasn't this filing good enough to continue TCA Global operations Lucky? Can they argue this point and bring it off suspension status? #1) It clearly shows the shell has been taken back by the creditor working to let it breath again, seems so unfair to the company and investors alike. #2) would it help for the investors to write letters to the SEC requesting/demanding another look? just looking for answers very sad.
