Thanks Navtrol53 for that info. NITE is a CAPITAL COMPANY. That explains a lot to me! I have experience in a few investments when a publicly traded company has gone to a Capital Company for financing. I know that is not the case here, but bare with me. -- In exchange for the financing dollars, the Capital Company gets shares of the company. And we are talking about a serious amount of shares. Enough so that the CAPITAL COMPANY can play their 'games' of buying and selling to control and manipulate the stock price for their advantage and purpose. Yes, they are MM's (market makers), but when loaning money to a company in exchange for stock they are making a market for 'themselves' -- For THEMSELVES to PROFIT. They hold stock price down to accumulate and eventually let price rise to sell. Thus the average stockholders are at the mercy of these Capital Companies. They can profit on their investment when and only when, the Capital Company decides to profit by letting the stock trade freely. They own SO MANY shares due to their loan to the company that they can easily control the price for their benefit. If this is what's happening here with NITE ACCUMULATING, we will ride the waves THEY create and hopefully be rewarded when they let the stock price rise on its own, for their profit. The only time they could have a problem with their control of stock price is when powerful news is announced with MASSIVE volume. Let's hope that occurs here with FDA and all the new products coming. We will need that news to overpower their control and hopefully have them join us on the 'long' side.

This is why I was so happy to to see this company NOT go to a Capital Company for their loan and rather have this 'family loan arrangement' instead. Works the same way. Sure, we are now at the mercy of the family arrangement, but at least we know where the 'family' wants to see this company be in the future. Company success leads to their success. In a Capital Company, they MAY see (through their acts of 'shorting') company failure as a sure way for them to financially profit.
