Like I said, just a "back door" way of closing the LOI's since the pps wasn't moving. If the new acquired companies are good businesses(like Skiershop)it can only help. If true Martket Value is really there then the pps will eventually go up. IMHO, it's a good sign that we are still alive & kicking. It's just taking a lot longer than anyone (including Dan) ever expected. Maybe the "Shell" wasn't a good place to start from but looks like we are getting close to breaking out.
