40M-in-assets-for-1.5M-and-20Mshares(valued-today-at-$800,000). So-$2.3M-for-40M-in-assets. Makes-sense right.

This PR is basically saying that Grupo took 2.3M in cash and equivalent to turn over the control of 40M in assets plus future business. They gave up 99.94% of their assets alone nevermind their operating profit (200K/year EBITDA LOLOLOOL). We know its not this because otherwise Grupo would get a great ROI just buying FAGI debt at 0.0025 to buy more control of their own company and would not be selling their shares, also they would be buying up the shares on the market.

SO What are we missing? KEY INFORMATION. Like what did FAGI Really agree to pay? Or what percent ownership will FAGI really have at the end of the transaction.

Based on Grupo Ebitda on the FAGI website the company is worth $600K + assets (provided there are no unknown liabilities that comes with the assets). That is a healthy valuation considering it took 200M in revenue to get the 600K or a 3/10ths of 1 percent profit.

Currently FAGI's marketcap is $1.88M... that says it all....
