In theory, if they cure all deficiencies before the hearing, technically the SEC will not revoke their registration.

However, they are still Grey.

Next question, which financial institution will sponsor them and file a 211 with FINRA. Further, FINRA can leave BLTA in comment phase purgatory and never offer a no comment review, especially if the SEC leans on them hard.

depends on the circumstance between them and the SEC which we can't see at this moment. Could be they don't have to re-file, as slim a chance that may be. Otherwise, re-filing is an option or go bankrupt or go private.
