At the end of this message, you said that you were certain that Greenshift would prevail in the Appeals Court, if given the opportunity to present it's case. As you noted earlier, that would also require the assumption that the court allows Greenshift to write a brief that is triple the usual word limit. You also stated that you thought that the defendants knew that they would lose.
I have two different questions, but they're related to your statements. I believe, as you do, that the final outcome of this case will cause so much money to be transferred, someone is going bankrupt.
My questions are simple. Have you been watching the stock prices of the other companies in this suit, and if so, have you seen any signs that the market for those stocks thinks that those companies are going to lose?
Also, are you watching the message boards for those stocks?
