You are correct - other than the info about GildexShop in the update from the CEO letter posted to twitter yesterday and the phigroup website it has not been disseminated to the public in a PR or an 8K.

I thought this was supposed to be a pump? Or so I was told. Seems awfully causal and business as usual to me. Henry knows what he has and he will let the markets know in due time.

Unless he PRs or 8Ks it today I doubt it hits the wires until next week.
