I'm not being snarky, but those financials look like they were written on a napkin in Sratbucks. I doubt that they are more than a pro forma.

Financials were not just realeased. They were released 2 months ago. If you are referring to the financials some poster stated that yahoo has posted they are for last year not this past quarter.
