I was wondering about that myself Rocky. They were not my dates. I was just posting the info contained in the SEC link. Another distinct possibility is that I looked at the wrong table in the link. If you have the correct dates, please provide them.
P.S. Thanks for all the work you did on your board. From what I saw, it was a great place to go for the "straight scoop" free of the pumpers and bashers. I'm sorry to see it go.
you are using the correct link but your dates are for "Large Accelerated filers" we are not even "accelerated filers" we are "non-accelerated filers". If you pull up any GTEM SEC filing you will see the "non-accelerated" box checked...
