I'd actually have to amend my statement.

I don't think they are heading for a bankruptcy. The company will be sold before the end of the year unless they sign a partnership. Their current business model isn't sustainable.

I think Boyd has already lined up several prospective buyers. The IPCI pipeline is still decent. Their management is the real problem. The sale might not be the worst outcome for us.
