Unfortunately it was not an April Fool's joke although it was slightly off. ERHC hit the split adjusted price of $90 per share on both 8/21 and 8/24 in 2009. Today it closed at .0001.
That is a 99.9999% decrease in share price. Why would anyone still support a management that destroyed that much shareholder value and one that has performed so poorly. Feel free to check that FACT at the link below. There are a lot of people that wish it was just an April Fools joke. But it wasn't. Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. Can anyone still believe the same people are still there trying to run this company and they haven't been fired. I can't. Seems fishy to me.
