One cannot plan on EVERYTHING, and often time it is a binary decision one has to make.
Take this remand/non-remand as an example. We all look at the same data, and both sides of the coin and made up our mind and then planned accordingly. Once a decision has been made, any repeated assertions of opposing perspectives can be annoying, create distraction and lead to confusion. We need all the data to make necessary decisions, but sometime too much information or information overload can lead to confusion.
I don't think those who had made up their mind ignored opposing viewpoints, they just got tired of hearing things that they don't believe in over and over again.
Not everyone here had already made up their mind, so Mad, your and other users' perspectives are welcome here and should not be censored.
