Lol...Look everybody, somebody out here believes Derek Peterson.....RS is usually bad for shareholders...The silver lining is that index funds will buy the Stock....The bad news is B shares are back and the dilution continues and the lock on the share sales is off when the is over .55 cts.

I had heard before, maybe on this board, that a company directly associated with the selling of MJ would not be approved for uplist. I'm sorry, I can't track down the case study for this, but an example was cited previously. Can anyone confirm or deny this, with sources?
