Under the right circumstances, with good timing, a RS would not be a bad thing.

They need good earnings, and a very steady flow of good news. A plan to END dilution. Otherwise share price could get sucked in a black hole. If they are doing a RS just to dump billions more shares, then Hell no.

I just saw it happen with another stock, did a RS with no news, went straight down. No dilution, just no news, and down she went on very little volume. It actually has earnings too.
