How hard is it to grasp that USPR will upon wining the lawsuit against Mr. Pane, seek to recover those funds which were misappropriated over the 8 years Mr. Pane was CEO, to stock the war chest. That fact that someone is putting forth the resources to pursue our money; money which was squandered on nothing which brought this project or the company any type of value whatsoever...is commendable and appreciated by many of us. Its is to say what happened-happened, then take the heat everyday from characters (such as yourself) who only want to distort and derail any attempt to aide this company into a positive direction…
