The so called "deal" never happened anyways. It was another Tomas/Bioheart classic series to me. SEC FILINGS..there for a good reason.
The "will assume 49% ownership" was all BS IMO. NEVER HAPPENED PER SEC FILINGS. All a classic ruse. Also, the idea that ONE DOCTOR who's "practice" is a little converted house on some side-street in a small town/city in S. Africa is "GOING TO REACH 10's OF MILLIONS" of patients- all the total bullsh$%T the PR "claimed" is beyond laughable to me.
Just look the dude up (Dr Walter Bell S. Africe prolo therapy), the S. African doctor, it's a tiny "clinic" in what's a row of residential houses, converted to little offices and clinics. It's a big ole nothing burger- just ONE GUY who probably buys a few USRM "kits" is my guess- all hyped up to make it look like USRM/Bioheart was some big international corp and all.
Bioheart at the time had like 3 or 4 full time employees total, per their SEC filings. They have maybe 7 "full time" employees now, per their latest SEC filings. My local Asian lady's hair cutting and nail salon joint employs more people than freaking this here 4 CENT POS special. It's comical to me.
See that, the supposed BIG SOUTH AFRICA BLAH BLAH BLAH BS to me. Now look at what it really is and then the later SEC filing by Tomas where he states, "NOTHING MATERIAL TOOK PLACE" etc. Thus NO freaking "49% ownership" bull crap happened, else their own SEC filings are in gross error. Try and find a 49% ownership "ASSET" on the USRM books today - it ain't there that I can see or find.
NOW, check out Google maps- it's a CONVERTED row of RESIDENTIAL HOUSES used by lawyers and insurance sales and little "medical clinics"- and the PR "claims" they're gonna "REACH THE . HOUSES converted to little "clinics", it's not even a damn HOSPITAL BUILDING or whatever. The PR to me is a CLASSIC SERIES OTC-ville ruse....they, Bioheart and Tomas issued a butt load of these all around that same time period, and they looked like cookie cutter templates to me.
PICK NAME OF A COUNTRY, FIND ENTIRE POPULATION OF SAID COUNTRY IN CIA FACTBOOK OR GOOGLE, WRITE PR "claiming" THAT XYZ "clinic" IS NOW GOING TO BRING BIOHEART STEM CELL BLAH BLAH TO THE ENTIRE 40 MILLION or 170 MILLION or whatever blah blah of said country. NONSENSE. BALDERDASH, HYPITY-pump PR's if I've ever seen um IMO.
The SEC filing that states "the deal" to "own" part of S. Africa big clinic or whatever, SAYS IT NEVER HAPPENED:

Oh...SEE THAT...suddenly it was "an intention"...but NO LEGAL DOCUMENTS OR CONTRACT EXISTED (LOL, but hey- issue a grand hypity pump PRESS RELEASE about "it" when "it" never really was, LOL !!)...LOL...beautiful baby...BUT..BUT...NO MATERIAL EVENT TOOK PLACE. DONE. NO 49% "DEAL" a blah blah. Says it DID NOT HAPPEN. The GOLDEN CLASSIC SERIES FILE.....bunches just like it....."term sheets signed" or "agreements reached"..yet, somehow they just never actually seem to ACTUALLY HAPPEN when checked on later.....it's how they roll per my experience watching this train wreck......
