I think a perfectly reasonable explanation is that that version of the document had the handwritten addition made after submission. It’s not the original, clearly.
I don't think that's a reasonable explanation at all. If Ekejija had actually filed a registration statement with the SEC, he could simply have pasted a link to it. Far easier than scanning, cropping, and pasting an image.
