Yes I can't see them stopping the 7.75% since the RIETs that the P's own are still functional assetts.

Honestly The P holders should and will be the big winners with all the monthly income returning to that said cusip marker for the P escrows.


I hope it's tomorrow that the distrubtions start.


Let's fet the show on the road. They could distribute and have a time we can't sell before on it. So let's just get it done.
