LOL!!! That's seems more likely. Saw some tweets that indicate impatient flippers planned to dump if the run they envisioned didn't pan out.

OTCQB tickers have to keep their PPS at .01 plus to retain their trade tier. Wish more traders worked with the company rather than against it.
