I agree. But I think that a No vote for the share expansion is not necessarily a guarantee that our interests are represented in a better way in the future. For that reason I would also like to have someone like Dew (if he would like to) to represent shareholders in the BOD. I have the feeling that the BOD Members have given little (or wrong) support to the CFO in his financial engineering during the last few years as well as controlled him insufficiently from a shareholders perspective.
