I agree. I lot of folks didn’t know The news was late on the terms of the last raise which made it look like highway robbery.

We are in good hands. EVIO will sooner or later be a MJ household name.

Problem is that they would have had to file a registration of some sort in order to sell shares (off the shelf) and to my knowledge they have not done this. Would have been a smart move as a preemptive from excessive dilution, but obviously a thought that never entered WW's mind. Keep in mind, that action would have been dilution also, just more controlled and less in scope.
