82 year old Robert Bruce Widner, the person that created Blockchain Energy Inc, has some recent history in other penny stocks.
He has two other Colorado entities named Tripac System Inc and Fazync LLC which both share the same addresses as Blockchain Energy Inc at 20410 Tallman Dr., Parker, CO 80138 and 1312 32nd St, Anacortes, WA 98221.
Fazync became a wholly owned subsidiary of heavily diluted $.0001 ticker Intelligent Highway Solutions Inc (IHSI) in January of 2018
Through Frazync LLC, IHSI is allegedly working with Tripac Systems Inc on some joint project involving utility companies being able to recycle wasted electricity (very similar to what is talked about in the Blockchain Energy Inc youtube video).
On January 18, 2018, IHSI announced a partnership with Bravatek Solutions Inc (BVTK)
I suppose IHSI and BVTK shareholders could make a case that Blockchain Energy Inc is being created to help IHSI and BVTK, but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Going back much further I found an Order issued by the Wisconsin Securities Division accusing Robert B Wilder of fraud because of the sale of unregistered securities to Wisconsin residents.
The Order accused Bob Wilder and brother and son of selling unregistered securities in Wisconsin between 1989 - 1993 and ordered them to cease and desist or face criminal charges.
Reading through the Order it is mentioned that Wilder also received administrative Orders from the state of North Dakota for selling unregistered securities in 1990 http://www.nd.gov/securities/sites/default/files/enforcement/labco-arbco-electronics-inc-c%26d.pdf from the state of Virginia for selling unregistered securities in 1991, and from the state of Minnesota for selling unregistered securities in 1993.
After the Arbtec Industries Inc/Arbo Electronics Inc/Larbco Research Co mess, Robert B Winder filed for Bankruptcy in June of 2004 shortly after starting fresh with Tripac System Inc.
It looks like the case got dismissed without any plan being confirmed because Wilder filed a deficient petition and didn't get the missing information in to the courts before the deadline to move the case forward.
