I have always said the OTC is a toilet bowl and should be shut down. They promote an environment ripe for fraudsters, conartists, embezzlers, diluters, and false twiiter accounts to exist. This is a nice home for these bottoms feeders. The otc is such a scam that have no clue how protect shareholders other than the use of the CE which only hurts the innocent shareholders. The true criminals are free to exist down here with no consequences to their behavior. It has been 90 days since the CE was issued on CWIR for a third party promo and WHO paid there price? Great Job OTC.
