Thanks but here's the problem I have with it:

On Sep 26 they said this:

<<The final implementations of three contracts are under way...

Vincent Valentine, IOSOFT President, states:
"After unforeseen delays we are excited to start creating the revenues we expected six months ago.">>

This implied that as of Sept 26 they were generating revenue.

Not December, which is what we later heard from your posting.

And they said in that 1/18 PR this:

<<..delayed launching of the IoSoft Division’s new software platforms that were expected to launch in 2017.>>

This implies that nothing was launched in 2017. What happened to the 3 contracts about which he said 'the final implementations of three contracts are under way'? It sounds more like NOTHING was under way.

ANd, that's on top of similar fudging of words in prior PRs that talked about the progress of IOSOFT.

Why did it take an entire year to say - 'hey it turns out we didn't do anything all year'?

Look at what he is NOW saying:

<<For 2018, IoSoft is fully launched and initial contracts are being serviced creating additional revenues>>

"For 2018, IoSoft is fully launched". I think that just means their software programs are finally ready - adapted for the various regulation changes that took ALL YEAR to put in.

"and initial contracts are being serviced". How many is that? One? Two? What's the revenue from them?

The projections for 2018 are great. But so were the ones for 2017.
