1- Only one (1) 8-K/A has been filed, not 8-Ks.
2- 8-K can only include items before 30 June 06.
3- It can allude to new items (bonds), not claim them.
4- 10Q must be filed to claim bonds acquired after 30 June 06.
5- That will not come until the 30 Sept 10Q is filed.
6- It can be filed as late as 31 Dec 06, if not extened.
The time-line and sequence of events is what gets most hyped-up investors in trouble. They always seem to believe that things will happen much sooner than is possible. Just sit tight and don't try to rush things or you'll be sorely disappointed.
