Which raises a couple questions is Fobi Suite and Fobi Tech the same company or Are the separate companies run by the same Rob that runs the other company as well. That would make 3 companies Rob is CEO of.
If you look at the GLance Website you will notice many similarities with the Fobi Suite Website. HMMM wonder if the same person(s) built the sites.
What is really important this week is that $1 mil and 1 mil shares were removed from GLNNF and passed to one of the sattelite companies and employees.
This is right out of the Ole Kevie Boy shell Game. Before you know it GLNNF will have paid out $10 mil in cash to the satellite companies that no one really knows anything about because they are privately held non reporting companies.
Do you see where this is going. I have seen this shell game played before. The way it ends is all the value is pulled out of the company more dilution more value pulled out until no shareholder except the long n strong till dirt face plant are left. Then mysteriously the private companies all simple go away dissolve POOF along with the money. Pretty slick game ehh.
