Thanks but I did find the Journal: #msg-137687607

I read the original (TARGET)PR and they specifically mentioned NVS working with them on a phase III program. However, now, there is no mention in the PR of a "Phase III program". That's what the Yahooz poster was referring too when he questioned whether NVS jumped the gun talking about a "Phase III" program even though they never mentioned CNAT- it WAS there originally, now, that portion of the PR is absent...
