Check and see if it's talking to the microwave and refrigerator.
I fear a hostile takeover and kidnapping of your family.

Check for 'turn machine on from' settings in bios and windows control panel areas. Some settings can turn the computer back on if phone call, email, wake to modem and other such events happen.
Also check around for sleep and standby settings which may also do this.
