It depends on unknowns. We do not know how well the Valimed is selling. Nor even how well the meth gun is coming along.
How much, if anything CDEX is paying ASD for the licence.

Closer is not subtle. If he says he is buying, he probably is. He may be selling, too... who knows?? He has not commented on that, to my remembrance.

Lack of solid information, more than anything else, I believe, may be scaring the PPs away.
