The problem is that you have no credibility anymore Copper.
You have posted things so Untrue it would be hard to believe anything you say anymore.
Examples:
* We have 2 Pizza shops in Eastern PA.
They may use a similar name, but have nothing at all to do with us. You saying they are part of UPZS is wrong and you know it.
* We had an order for over 1 million frozen Pizza we sold to Asia.
In reality, we "talked" frozen Pizza for over 10 years. We have never placed an order for any frozen Pizza ever!
* Anything you say Dr Reddy did.
All of us who have been following this company a long time know they supposedly signed Dr Reddy as a consultant and more for 1 year. That was never renewed. There was nothing done by him. Try and find anything he actually did for UPZS. One time there was a pic of him posted at a trade show. It was meaningless. He was there for his own business. Had absolutely nothing to do with UPZS
* Suggesting Jim is buying back shares. Come on now.. they are being dumped at .0004 No one bought shares below that that would be selling. It is UPZS or other insiders. And they definitely NOT buying back the shares they sell for .0005! lol Maybe they buy a few to do a Paint job now and then...
* Saying we will probably be moving to a Big Board. Come on now, we are a PINK SHEET company. Not even an OTC level company. We are one level above Grey Market! We are Trading at .0004 - .0005 I can not ever remember a filing filed on time! Most seem like a "Cut and Past" of the last one with a few edits. You even said "Jim Cooked The Books" in this financial. You said, "I am out".
These Stock forums are to share information. We all know how scammy Penny stocks are, and its more important to help each other not get burnt, as we all know how misleading these companies are! We saw how many people you brought here on one run that loaded up at .0025 You may have been selling to them. The company and the MM's have the edge... sharing accurate information amongst ourselves is important.
