Huawei and Semcon are working on a settlement!

Plaintiff Semcon IP Inc. (“Semcon”) and Defendants Huawei Device USA Inc., Huawei Technologies USA, Inc., and Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd, (“Huawei”) hereby file this Motion to Stay all Deadlines.
Pursuant to the Court’s Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 365), Semcon and Huawei resumed mediation before the Honorable David Folsom on November 29, 2017, and have held ongoing mediation discussions. All matters in controversy between the parties have now settled
in principle. The parties respectfully request a stay of all deadlines for 30 days while the parties finalize a settlement agreement and dismissal documents with the Court.
