TALK will be revoked and will not, ever, be reregistered.

It has ZERO assets, HUGE debts, and legal judgements against it. It's value is less than zero.

So why in the world would anyone spend the time and money to revive it to start millions in the hole?

They wouldn't. It would be substantially cheaper to start with a clean shell without all the debts, legal baggage - and billions of shares already outstanding.

TALK is dead. DEAD. No wonder management fled and abandoned the stock, and its shareholders, a year ago.

The facts were there to all to see. It was obvious this was the final outcome even before UMS went bankrupt, but that should have been the event that turned the heads of even the most committed common shareholders. Too bad so many common shareholders did not pay attention to those facts and will be left with a 100% loss.
