It reminds me of these emails you get from all these stock websites saying such and such stock is going up get in. But the buying has already been done and they are just fooling people so they will buy and raise the PPS for a quick sell. The same can be said about Predicting that it will go lower. Has the sell on UBQU already been done and looking?????
