I've never claimed PPS. with that said, i can see the 21 mill hit the books in the course of a year. Then when darkpulse starts the other projects more money will flow in.

Then you still have crucialtrak and all the other MAP partners with their software. If BVTK starts announcing software sales to the GOVT then i think the PPS of BVTK will move quite nicely. BVTK is on the SEWP list and Tom has the connections.

I think that TOM would then use extra funds coming in to eventually start buying back shares to reduce the OS. JMHO
