It states that Local Workers Union #141 (Unicorn and Fairies) must have representation when operating such digestion equipment for 2017 - 2018.

Pixies: Local Workers Union #142 (Storage operations)
Leprechans: Local Workers Union #143 (anti gravitational storage operations and suspension union)

Will have overtime pay and continued health care benefits if so required.


Additionally:
LRS will use the "time out/reset button" clause where they will not have to spend any more funds durning downtime of operations from December - January of 2018.
