doyourdd...it's impossible to answer that question with a yes or no answer without knowing the terms of the settlement agreement. And it seems CDEX wants very badly to keep those terms confidential. BIG RED FLAG because if they didn't have to give up to much, there would be no reason in trying to keep it from shareholders.
