In the Letter, Mr. De Schrijver suggests that the possible acquisitions of ICT and API are part of a scheme on behalf of the Company to inflate the price of the Company's stock in order to appease or benefit certain investors of the Company.

And, yep, almost 20 years later (with some sneaky stuff in between) Tilton seems to be doing it again. Hell, just re-read that great March 13 PR. Pump, pump. :-(

Hmmm, little wonder "Sneaky J" Tilton seems to go from ticker to ticker, with NONE of them appearing to be worth much, or anything, once he has been in charge of them for a period of time. :-( So he then moves on and starts and/or takes over yet another ticker. :-( You know, it seems to me that Mr. Tilton (and wife?) seems to have what could be considered the very OPPOSITE of "The Midas Touch". That is, "The Tilton Touch":



But, hey, the "GOOD NEWS" is always the possibility that this timer might actually be a winner. Time will tell. ;-)
