Pretty misleading. The dude is 28. He "sold cell phones" as a AT&T Business Account Exec. from 2009-2013 while he was attending school for business/business administration from 2007-2012. He received multiple awards for being in the top 5% of salesmen nationally. It was basically his job to pay for college. He then graduated and worked from 2013-2015 for Time Warner, where I could imagine he met a lot of people in the media industry. Then worked for Level 3 Communications for a year until he went on the Bachelor show. Didn't win the "prize money" you speak of but likely got paid for all the promotional events he did and extra appearances. After the show he was asked to help BigChat startup, since he had some celebrity influence. He realized he didn't want to work for someone else's startup and wanted to have his own. Which is where we are now with GG MEDIA.
All it takes is a quick look at his LinkedIn (which he is very active on) to see these things. The guy lives and breathes business.
