What clarification is needed? Why would there be a 3rd PR for the preferred shares? What was NOT absolutely clear in the first 2 PR's about the preferred shares?

Like I said why force one if they are not prepared to explain the Divi's. By looking at the L2 boy it looks like Mr Winick really made some MM's extremely angry. NITE and UBSS are going to but the death grip on the PPS and just incase of a pop you notice VFIN sitting right there, its not looking good at all IMHO L2 says it all
