As I understand it, it was a problem back in early 2015...before COWAN... (no clue why, as they were not delinquent in the USA to my knowledge...I was told somethings were not filed in Canada as they should have been....this is somewhat before my time) they apparently got it cleared up, only to fall delinquent again...this time delinquent here too.
When they caught up and became current in the USA, BSeth apparently did not feel compelled to fix the problem in Canada.
Even though he cares SO DEEPLY about the shareholders...
There is one shareholder who has been complaining about this trading interdiction in Canada since early 2016
If he had not complained, we probably never would have known.... I am sure he thought that when TAUG became current in the USA, Seth would file the required docs in Canada too... It seems that never happened until recently (after the September PR about it)

While its TRUE that Cowan was the cause initially, Shaw's failure to FIX the problem for the past 10 months is NOT!!!!
