Don’t follow your rational with regards to MS booting him.

MS got the cheap settlement. They got what they wanted. Harmon did what he was supposed to for them.

I think Duo brought him on because they wanted the same thing, a sweetheart settlement/licensing agreement and thought he could deliver the same thing Ms got.

But that wasn’t on the table with SFOR.

I think Harmon used the opportunity to try his IPR strategy with Duo because they were willing to fight after seeing what SFOR was after.

But Harmon getting the boot seems the clearest sign that the fight at all costs strategy isn’t what they’re pursuing at this point. IMO.

Getting a new Attorney could be just a way to further delay, Hoping SFOR#will just go under.
