There "could be" a deal already done in China! Just hasn't been announced!
If there is a deal beyond the MOU, I'm sure it will come out soon.
And if it's for only 12,000 instead of 13,500 so what!!
Main thing is this!! ...

PLUG has more than tripled the .83¢ low of earlier this year! And it very well may triple again!!!
