My understanding was it is a 60/40 split between Lakeshore and ECOS. Not only for the sale of the machines but also the profits from selling the manufactured product that comes out the other end. Better question may be why would Lakeshore agree to this type of agreement if there was no profit in it for them? To be clear I'm not selling anything just giving an opinion based on what I've read.
