They need to follow through now with the merger as promised with no more delay, and they need to get the noteholders on board to slow/stop the conversions until they can do an $ICN* type debt restructuring or something, imo... And if they indeed do follow through on Wednesday with an OTCBB uplisting.... it will fly for sure... Worth a starter position, for me, to be in and see... I'll add as it breaks out if the NEWS hits and it's good!
