NTCXF stock may finally wake up!! May have hit bottom as a penny stock but no forseeable future IMO. Management sitting on the state of the art solar patent and they have not being very aggressive within the USA over the past few years. Mainly because of the CEO and his flunkies! Very puzzling indeed!
