Besides the press release announcing the first acquisition, the shareholder letter is the most relevant piece of information the company has put out imo. It is a literal treasure trove of great information. For example it tells you they already have multiple LOI's signed and they could apply for a NASDAQ listing if they wanted to after they get a couple of acquisitions under their belt. They would meet the listing criteria based on revenues etc. I have been wrong many times before and wont become too prideful but this looks like it could be a keeper. But you just never know in otc land. Anyway have a good weekend all. P.S. Yes you are correct Love, it doesn't rule out MJ. They are open minded and will acquire any company they feel is of good value and that can be improved upon.
